Chapter 472
Sarah lowered her gaze.
There was something important she hadn't told Zachary-Mia had developed a deep dependence and trust in her,
something different from how she acted around others. It was likely tied to memories from three years ago,
though Sarah had yet to uncover the full truth.
Mia might do better if she stayed with her. Around others, she lacked that ssense of security.
"I'll be careful," Zachary said as he picked up his sister, ready to leave.
"Wait a moment."
Zachary turned back, puzzled, only to see Sarah holding out a drawing.
"This belongs to you," she said.
"Mine?" He frowned, glancing at the sketch. He didn't recognize the woman in the drawing at first. Then, he
noticed the word written in the empty space beside it— sister-in-law.
He looked at Mia. "Did she draw this?"
The moment he laid eyes on the portrait, he instinctively knew it was Sarah. After all, Mia had only ever used
that title for her.
"Yes, Mr. Reynolds," Sarah said with a sigh. "If you truly like someone, just go after them. Stop holding back."
Zachary stared at the drawing, uncertain for a moment.
Was she telling him to pursue her?
"Sasa, Grandpa is waiting. I'll cby again soon."

"There's no need."
The Next Day - Contract Signing
The air was heavy with tension.
Vivian, Matthew, and Zachary had just finished signing the contract. As Vivian prepared to leave for a business
matter, an unexpected voice called out to her. "Miss Wilson, wait."
Vivian turned around, her lips curling into a playful smirk. "Miss Sanders. What a surprise. What can | do for
you?"
"Miss Wilson, it's just the two of us now. There's no need to keep up the act, is there?" Sarah's voice was low,
carrying an unmistakable weight.
Vivian let out a scoff. "I really have no idea what you're talking about."
"We're past that point. I've already been to Tina's house," Sarah said, her sharp gaze locking onto Vivian's,
unwavering and piercing-like an eagle about to strike.
Vivian maintained her perfectly composed smile. "Miss Sanders, | have a lot of work to do. | don't have tto
waste on your nonsense."
She made a move to leave, only for Sarah to step in front of her again. "Not so fast."
Vivian scoffed. "Miss Sanders, please move aside. If you keep blocking me, I'll have to call security."
Sarah took out Tina's phone, opening the chat history. She held it up between them.
"This was you, wasn't it?"
Vivian stared at the screen for a moment before leaning in, whispering softly in Sarah's ear.
"It was me. So what?"

"Oh, I will," Sarah said firmly.
Vivian let out a light laugh. "Then stop wasting my there."
Just then, Zachary and Matthew stepped out of the private room.
Zachary paused the moment he saw Sarah.
"What's going on here?" Matthew looked between the two women in confusion.
Vivian immediately put on her warmest smile. "It's nothing, Mr. Robinson. Just a minor misunderstanding."
"Do you need any help?" Matthew asked, studying her carefully.
