As Mr. Anderson left, Vivian and Charlotte stared intently at Sarah's retreating figure, unable to believe how

Vivian whirled to look at Charlotte, while James turned to her with furrowed brows.

When they tried to question Sarah further, they found she had already left with Melvin and Scarlett.
Vivian turned to Zachary, "Zach, | have something to ask Charlotte. You can leave first, don't wait for me."
She paused before addressing James, "Mr. Chancer, could | have a word with your wife?"
"James, don't..." Charlotte gripped James's hand nervously, wanting to escape the dangerous aura emanating
