young Dr. Wegge. She's only twenty-seven, but her medical skills are impressive. | heard she just pulled off an

amazing surgery!"

Fiona listened with only half an ear, not really responding.

"Later, Ms. Fiona, maybe you could ask her squestions and give her a bit of guidance."

Dr. Shepherd had noticed her potential and wanted to nurture it. Fiona valued talent too and was happy to lend a

hand if the talent was genuine. It was all about women supporting women, after all. Seeing her agreement, Dr.

Shepherd looked absolutely thrilled. Just then, there was a knock on the door.

"They're here!" he announced. "Cin!" he called out.

The door swung open, and a bunch of doctors filed in. Fiona was nestled on a tall couch facing the desk, with her

back to the door, so none of the newcomers spotted her right away. They glanced around but didn't see her.

"Director, where's this miracle doctor we've heard about?" an eager older man asked.

Just as Dr. Shepherd was about to point out the doctor nestled on the couch, an arm slowly rose up from it. "I'm

here!" a youthful voice announced.

The female doctor's eyes widened as she turned sharply to look at the couch, and the girl slowly stood up. She

was wearing the scasual outfit she'd had on in the elevator. The female doctor's mind went blank. Could it

be her?!

"Alright, letintroduce everyone,"

Dr. Shepherd said cheerfully. "This is the miracle worker, Ms. Fiona, I've been telling you about. I've invited her to

hold consultations here every Saturday. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask her!"

The doctors exchanged glances, surprised to see that Fiona could easily pass as their daughter or

granddaughter. They knew she might be young, but this young? She looked barely out of her teens. Was she

even out of college yet? And

here she was, being called a miracle doctor?

"Ms. Fiona, this is Dr. Falcone, head of Neurosurgery, and Dr. Quinn, a specialist in gynecology and breast

surgery, and this is..." Dr. Shepherd introduced them one by one, finally stopping at the young female doctor

who was now visibly sweating. Dr. Shepherd's grin widened. "And this is young Dr. Wegge, the one | mentioned

earlier. She just performed an impressive surgery today. A young doctor with great talent and courage."

The female doctor kept her head down, feeling like her back was about to give out, too nervous to look up.

Fiona, with a hint of amusement,

turned her head to take a look. Her gaze locked on Dr. Wegge, and a slow smile spread across her face revealing

a hint of a tooth. She looked at the female doctor and clicked her tongue, "Dr. Wegge, is that true? Hm?"
